What is The RelaxMe Store?

I am Terri Strong, the founder and owner of this store. The way I came to open this establishment is when my doctor diagnosed me with High Blood Pressure. My doctor told me I would have to be on medicine the rest of my life because 90% of people do not do what it takes to work their way off of the medicine. I was determined to not be on medicine the rest of my life. I did extensive research and found that one of the main reasons for High Blood Pressure was high levels of stress. I also found that to aleviate stress we must relax on purpose and eliminate worry from our lives. I am no longer on medicine and purposely relax daily. Please join me in relaxing on purpose! It is great for your health!
